I have the Minecraft launcher and have tried to log in to my account. I have also tried this on the website as well. I have put in the correct details each time. On the launcher it says that I have the invalid password or email which I know isn't true. On the website I go to the log in page. After I have put in the credentials and pressed log in, it just freezes and doesn't do anything. Everything is fully loaded on that page as well. I have reset my password multiple times to see if that would work, this was unsuccessful. I have also tried to reinstall the launcher through the try for free version. I am unable to log in no matter what I do. The only times I can log in is on another laptop or computer. I know that I can run Minecraft because it used to work on my laptop. |
