Hi Javier, Unfortunately we are unable to help you here. This is for bugs with the game whereas it sounds like there are issues with your purchase. Depending on where it isnt working will change who you contact. If you bought it but are unable to install it or it wont let you launch it, you will need to contact the platform owner (Microsoft for Xbox and Windows 10 Store App - Sony for Playstation - Nintendo for Switch). If the purchase and install worked fine but you are unable to use Minecraft because of a bug its possible your issue belongs over at the Minecraft Bedrock project (https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/MCPE/summary) however this section is only for the Dedicated Server software. If you do choose to create a new report over in the MCPE section please read through the guide to a great bug report (http://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/801354-writing-helpful-bug-reports-for-minecraft). You need to include more information for anyone to help you, at a minimum details on the problem are required, screenshots and/or video are a huge bonus.
