windows server issue: whenever the world reaches 1.4gb in size the server crashes.. makeing worlds that reach 1.4gb unplayable because of the constant crashing. linux server issue: with the linux version the server seems to have no problems once the world reaches 1.4gb, thats good. the problem that linux servers have is that the performance compared to windows is really bad. also multi-threading is really bad on it.. with the default 8 threads the server has really inconsistent performance and would hit a core with 100% then move on to the next, causing lots of lag. setting it to use 1 thread gets rid of the lag but the performance is not as good as the windows version is. more info: these are problems that i have seen other people having, with one person telling me that realms had the same issue but got patched.. if that is the case i hope to see it get applied to BDS soon. |

Thank you for your report! Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them. Regarding the issues you mention, there are existing BDS tickets for these issues, please search for and upvote those rather than raising new bug reports. In regards to the realms fixes coming to BDS, they will be in a future release per https://twitter.com/_b4njo/status/1232443341075169280?s=20, this should theoretically include the fixes for issues with large world sizes that have also been applied to Minecraft in the 1.15 betas.
