Hi, I bought coins and my first skin pack in the market place and now cannot find it on my Microsoft account or in my switch device. 1) When I try to login to To Microsoft account and “save to account” it says “error number -9”. This issue persisted with a couple of days now. 2) When I login to my Microsoft account and click “leave on device” it shows my marketplace as a red button and said “you may of lost some of your purchases... ” What do I do to restore my first transaction? (Coins and skin pack) Note: I made a total of 2 purchases. Please do not confuse this issue for my second purchase. The issue written above is for my first purchase

Hi Tiffany, It looks like your bug report relates to the "Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)" game but has accidentally been raised against the "Bedrock Dedicated Server" product. Given that your issue is more of a support request and relates to billing I would suggest heading to https://help.minecraft.net and submitting a support request directly to Mojang. This site is for bugs and its unlikely you'll find anyone able to help here. Good luck! Ionic Could a mod please close this issue. |
