 Description   

When a player without a custom skin joins to a world with 2 custom skin players (skins are different), the skins look exactly the same (basically 1:1) on every system.

Same Exact Problem Here. It Seems To Be An Issue With The Game Assigning The Skins By Your Region, Because As I Come Into Another Players Render Distance It Resets My Skin To Theirs. Quite The Weird Issue, The Skins Shouldn't Act This Way, As They Have Not Previously Done This. I Can Confirm This Issue Also Affects Dedicated Server Version 1.14.1.4.
