I play on mobile and when I enter the app a message tells me there is an error with my account and that I won't be able to access the Marketplace and if the issue persists for more than 5 days I should contact the creators. |

Hi Christiaan, It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section. To ensure your bug report gets seen by the right people I would suggest checking the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section for a similar report and upvoting that, or if none exist raising a bug in that section. However as the error mentions to contact Mojang I would suggest heading over to https://help.minecraft.net and lodging a support request there. The bug pages are primary for bugs rather than support requests.
