Hello, every time I attempt to log into my Microsoft account through AKA.MS I am greeted with “We’re having trouble accessing your account” and that I need to approve my Email through an “Azure Active Directory user account” which I am not sure what it is. This also does not allow my PS4 to log into my Microsoft account. Although I am able to sign into the XBOX app and log in normally. But it’s the AKA.MS link and the sign in page on the game that won’t let me log in. The full description is this. (My email) “from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft' and cannot access the application '405e80fc-f8e6-40e6-b6b9-e5bcc7e6813e'(RedirectionUxProd) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.” |
