I don't know or care about any of this technical stuff, all I know is I was playing just fine with all my content this afternoon, and now all my purchases are gone. I have a linked account I use between Android and Switch, but this issue is effecting my Android at the moment (it's too late for me to try the Switch, but it was was working this afternoon too). I've signed out and back in, I've checked the store to see if they just needed to be redownloaded, but they show up as available for purchase |

Yeah, well, I did that. In November. They've since referred to XBox Live help (who referred me back to to them) and here (who are now referring me back to them), that is when they aren't ignoring me for weeks at a time only to try to close my reports when I don't back to*them* within two days. This whole process has been absolutely abysmal. As someone who has spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on Minecraft across five platforms and countless devices over the course of a decade, this feels like nothing short of utter and absolute betrayal. |
