 Description

Hello,

I am experiencing an error involving chunks on my Minecraft Bedrock Dedicated Server. So I load up and all the chunks around me load without any issues. But today, I saw that chunks, which were outside of my render distance, disappeared and/or resetted themselves. The thing is, when I went to investigate, I noticed that the chunks, which were previously resetted, suddenly started loading correctly. Example: The whole lower floors of a building have been replaced by a block of stone and ores, but as soon as I came closer, the lower floors of the buildings appeared and everything was fine again. Or a whole field has been replaced by air and underneath is a forest, but when coming closer, the forest disappears and the soccer field appears again, without any trace of the forest. Actually I just wanted to know, if this is a bug or an intended feature to save ressources or something like that?
