I was testing out the new experimental caves and cliffs and I wanted to find the lush caves easily. I know that azalea trees have rooted dirt or a way of finding lush caves. I tried to find these new biomes in creative mode exploring hundreds of chunks. I consistently saw Azalea trees only spawning at the bottom of oceans.
edit* I did find some azalea trees on land on a different seed. The trees are still underwater. Wich, I don't know if that's a bug? |
