duplicates MCPE-130250 /kick doesn't allow target selectors ... Reopened

 Description   

I try to implement ban user, using /kick command and command_block, but the /kick cant be use with target selector.
 
Steps to Reproduce: 

  • /kick @a[tag=banned] Banned!

 
Observed Results: 
The command will respond "Please povide the name of the player you want to kick"
 
Expected Results: 
All player that has banned tag should be kicked out of server.

Notes: 
This command works on version 1.16, but now its not working.
