Hello and good morning, I have a realms hosted on my Minecraft account for up tp 10 players, and as of yesterday anout 2pm Est we were unable to join our realm. I have gone through the help page dedicated and looked through the internet and YouTube but to no avail, anytime My wife Hannah, my sister (out of state on a Xbox), or I try to, it goes through the loading screens and right after "loading resource packs" it will conk out and display "unable to connect to world". ย We have restarted our devices and minecraft, logged out of our accounts, etc. I tried to reupload the world but it would error out and say a problem occured. Thanks in advance, - Ps. and realms subscription is still activeย --enclosed |

Thank you for your report! Issues such as these are often due to a temporary service outage, and are handled by the team outside the bug tracker. Watch Mojang Status for official announcements, or Downdetector for community reported outages.
