Yesterday my realm went down I thought it was a payment issue but I just recently paid my realm. Since then I have not been able to get into my realm even with loading multiple back ups restarting my console between each back up. I'm not sure what the issue is now but if I cannot get my world back I would at the very least like a refund. I really enjoy realms and do not want to have to shut mine down after how much I put into it |

I have people who play on my Realm from the UK and even they can't log in. It isn't a network issue and at times of logging in there isn't an outage in my area don't say that my problem is invalid before asking any questions further. |
