 Description   

So the message above my marketplace says "there is an error with your account, you will be unable to use the marketplace unit until we have resolved the issue, if this issue persists for several days, please contact support." So I did, and I can't even get on my own realm

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

Do you also get an "Account Error" message with a number? If so, which number does the message show?
