this a bedrock server hosted on ubuntu in the cloud. It was working fine on 1.11 till the 1.12 upgrade. I simply uploaded the bedrock_server and libCrypto.so from 1.12 to the directory where all the data file/directory located. then 'infinite hunger and infinite food supply' bug. in order to compare the result of a vanilla server, I also created a vanilla server with files from the zip file. This server does not exhibit the 'infinite hunger & infinite food' problem. they do get hunger and food does file them up. I think it is data compatibility problem for data converted from 1.11. please advise. thanks |

I'm also seeing this issue on a server upgrade from 1.11 to 1.12. While eating will temporarily resolve hunger, when I eat, the food item count doesn't decrease. The hunger bar will temporarily fill, but suddenly reverts back and it appears that I've not eaten. This makes the server instance unplayable and is effectively a game-breaking (or at least world-breaking or save-breaking) bug. |
