I purchased Minecraft in the Amazon App Store on both of my kids' Kindle Fire HD 8 tablets (8th generation) with the latest version of FireOS installed (7.3.1.7) on Christmas Day and unfortunately there is an issue on both tablets. When I create a new world, I get an error that says it can't create new world. I have tried freeing space and uninstalling and reinstalling but I still get the same error. Any tips or feedback would be appreciated. |

Thank you for your report! You may be able to fix this issue by allowing "Contacts and Storage" for Minecraft. To toggle this setting, navigate to Settings > Manage Storage > Internal Storage > Apps & Games > Minecraft > Permissions Quick Links: |
