[MCPE-8002] - Animals and NPCs despawn randomly
[MCPE-12390] - Placing flowers, tall grass, fern, and mushrooms on every type of blocks using snow layer
[MCPE-12422] - Vertical distance is ignored by the hostile mobs spawning rule
