Item Stack Net Manager documentation is missing in bedrock protocol docs

      The bedrock-protocol-docs repository does not contain the Item Stack Net Manager documentation. Thus, changes in ItemStackRequestAction serializations/types are not documented and servers with ItemStackNetManager enabled cannot properly update their code.
