Cannot change shop region

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/gift/minecraft-java-bedrock-edition-pc
      2. Click "Change" button
      3. Choose any option (issue still occurs if default United States of America is left selected) and click Confirm

      Expected result: no error

      Actual result:

      AN ERROR OCCURRED
