      I can't connect to api.minecraftservices.com,which proves that the issue is not caused by modified Launcher.

      I also tried to connect to the API on my Windows 11 PC,but in vain.In the vanilla Minecraft Launcher,it says unable to connect to Minecraft Services.

      Besides,api.mojang.com and bugs.mojang.com is also unreachable.I used VPN to connect to this website.
