The Bug:

Newly bought Minecraft: Java Edition accounts default to old skin designs.

I just bought a new Minecraft: Java Edition account. I selected a profile name and observed that my skin defaulted to the old Steve skin. It should default to the new skin designs and not the old ones.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Buy a new Minecraft: Java Edition account.
2. Select your profile name and observe your skin.
3. Take note as to whether or not newly bought Minecraft: Java Edition accounts default to old skin designs.

Observed Behavior:

Newly bought Minecraft: Java Edition accounts default to old skin designs.

Expected Behavior:

Newly bought Minecraft: Java Edition accounts would default to the new skin designs.
