Issue

In the 1.19.20.22 Preview/Beta changelog (https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/7647851092237-Minecraft-Beta-Preview-1-19-20-22) the following change was stated:

The mentioned bugreport https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-156377 (The artwork on the No packs available dialogue is off centered and is clipped off screen) is a different bugreport than the actual bugreport: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-156183 (Allays do not drop items when inside minecarts or boats) that is talking about this change

This can be fixed by changing the link to the correct bugreport (MCPE-156183)
