Link to create MoJira account is incorrect.

      Hi,

       

      On Mojang Bug Tracker Guidelines and FAQ, in section "Where can I view or submit bugs?" the link to create a bug tracker account points to account for the bug tracker.  (https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/Signup!default.jspa ) which gives the following error:

       

      The link should point to https://bugs.mojang.com/register/ :
