"Sign" messages at Crowdin doesn't match for 1.12 and 1.13

      This is a "pick your poison" scenario for the translators at Crowdin.

      The string for the "Sign" button in 1.12 uses the same translation for the "Sign" item and block in 1.13, which forces the translators to either have a mistranslated button in 1.12 or a mistranslated item and block in 1.13.

      See the attached diagram which depicts the relationship between the messages for clarification.
