On a realm, A skeleton spawner will not spawn mobs unless the owner of the realm enters the spawn radius of the spawner. Whenever I stand within the radius, the fire particles appear, but no skeletons spawn. Only hen the realm owner comes near the spawner, will it begin spawning skeletons.
