Hi,
I have a recurring problem where my realms expire even though I have active realms subscriptions on my Microsoft account. I have now had this happen multiple times. I have even created a new realm and moved the save file from one to the other. The realm was set up and the subscription set up but then my realms expire even though the recurring payments have been taken.
This has all been done in conjunction with Mojang support who seam completely unable to fix the issue. They have advised I log a bug.
I can provide the email exchange with Mojang Support if required.
The fact this is happening and has been looked at by both Microsoft and Mojang support with no resolution is very disappointing. I would not expect this level of service from either Microsoft or Mojang.

REALMS-4516 When extend subscription it still shows as expired or has fewer days left than expected.
- Open
