Hello I have a problem with my realm.

It all started when back in the summer I uploaded my world to my realm for me and my friends to play on, I now would like to upgrade the world to a 10 player instead of a 2 player. I have already purchased the monthly subscription to realms plus and I have got to the transferring stage.

Here is where my problem started, The download bar stops at around 654mb out of 965mb and nothing happens for hours and even days so I clicked cancel. Guessing I have to try and get rid of around 300mb. I have already spoken to the support service about how to fix this download issue and they told me the best way would be to destroy some buildings in the realm, so I went and did that.

After destroying a lot of buildings which were a few thousand blocks worth we went to check the world size again to see if it has decreased... Yes it has decreased but only by 0.15mb.
This problem is stopping me download the world add anything to the realm like texture packs and I have even deleted all of my worlds to see if it was a problem with my PS4 and that has done nothing.
I have over 700gb free on my PS4 and I'm trying to download a 900mb world that's the sum up my problem.

I would appreciate any help that I get and if you could do anything on your side like maybe decrease the world size so I could download it that would be incredible.
