Minecraft Freezes

      So when I join my realm it just works fine but now evertime when I join I can play like 10 minutes, and then I just freezes and if I leave i cant join again and i cant close it cause it doesnt work with closing. And I just paid and i cant even play!? Can I have a solution or can I get my money back?
