I have a friend trying to add me to a realm and he has tried both my username and my xbox gamertag. He says it allowed him to send an invite but I never received an invite. I've been backing out of the game and coming back in and refreshing for the past 30 minutes to try and get this invite and still nothing. 

Please help.
