The bug of being unable to join a realm and getting "socket exception" error is not fixed at all. I've tried every single step on it and it isn't fixed. All the posts about it are market fixed but the solution given clearly doesn't work for everyone. I hope this gets addressed in the next update and soon because people are being unable to play on a realm that they payed for. And community support just gives the same copy paste of how to fix it that doesn't work.
