Fighting the wither in the end broke the end portal.

      When I fought the wither in the end it broke the end portal and evert time I went through the end portal to get back to the over world it killed me. All of my stuff has now disappeared. I also have been having a lot of trouble with disappearing minecarts, torches, ect.
