Bedrock
How to reproduce the bug:
- Click the edit (pencil) option beside the realm
- In normal game settings go to download world and click on that
- Wait for it to finish downloading
What I expect to happen (and what has happened perfectly before the last update):
- The world will start to download
- The download will complete as per usual
- It will successfully download
- I will see it in my list of downloaded/created worlds off-realm
- I can continue to use it off-realm and upload a new/different world to the realm
What has been happening:
- It starts to download normally
- When it reaches the end of the download loading bar the size of the file changes to something less then what it is, but the download bar does finish, it doesn't pause at all.
- An error message pops up saying: Error
I use Ps4 Minecraft, so I am unsure if this issue is on other consoles or pocket edition.
So basically what's been happening is that when I start to download my realm everything works perfectly fine, but when it reaches the end of downloading the file size drops and shows an error message that has no content other then the word "Error".
It is not a connection error as I can connect to the realm just fine and so can my friends while I'm both offline and online.
What I've done to try and fix the issue:
• Close the app and open it again (I always do this before I turn off my playstation, I never do it while the world is still saving though)
• Turn off the Ps4 and turn it back on again
• Restart the Ps4
• Uninstall then reinstall minecraft
• Tried to download an automatic backup file (Failed to do so, it had the same issue)
• I have waited quite awhile to see if it could possibly fix itself but so far it hasn't
Did anything I do affect the outcome in any way?
• No, the issue still remains the same
