I had a realm open and had the monthly payments set automatically. However, even though it wasn't the day for payment, the realm suddenly closed and said it was expired (this was in the middle of the month so the payment wasn't due yet). As I try to renew it, all of a sudden it opens a new realm instead of renewing the old one with the realm name "?!". I can't reopen the old realm anymore and I don't want the new realm open. What do I do? Worst case if I can't reopen the old world, is there a way that I can at least get the map of the old world open to the new one?
