Bedrock 1.16 realms plus server rollback

      Every 30 minutes my server rolls back undoing all progress made. I've played Minecraft for over 10 years, never encountered a problem like this before and have no clue where to start. 
      I'm also unable to create content logs. So I'm unable to pinpoint the bug IF it's from my end
