Hello,

It's been a few weeks than my friends and I can't connect to my realm server.

When i open the game, there is a error message who say: "Failed loading character 2..."

When i go the the menu for select a world, where i can connect to the realm, it just says: "can't connect to realm for now, try later"

I can't take a new subscription, when i want to pay after choosing a server name and accept geberal conditions, nothing happens.

My subscription is made with the mobile version of Minecraft with Google. I pay automaticallyall months since 1 year. I play principally with the Switch version and my friends on PC.
