Realms won't let in most people on PC Java edition

      I have a Realm on Java Edition on PC, and my friends who are members of the realm are not able to log in. It just continuously tells them "Connecting to Realm" with no resolution. We all are on version 1.16.4. I created a new world in the realm and turned the realm off and on again. Please tell me why people can't join my realm now.
