Unable to log onto realms, as are any of the players that were invited to the realm. Have been struggling with this issue the last few days which is frustrating as I just started to subscription for the realms. 

I, as the owner, am unable to change any of the settings, restore worlds, change worlds, or anything of that nature. Everything I or someone else tries to log on we get either Error 500, or connection timed out.
