I am unsure if this is only for realms but it's what I use. When doing an ocean monument as you know you get mining fatigue. You can get rid of it with a bucket of milk. Drinking milk use to give you roughly 1 minute to mine. This process would take time but you could do the ocean monument. Now drinking milk while it does get rid of the effect it is almost instantly back. I don't know if this is intended or it's a bug but I thought I should report it.
