Villagers are not breeding on Realms even with extra beds and food.

What I expected to happen was...:
When given extra beds and food, villagers should breed.

What actually happened was...:
They won't breed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be on a Realm.
2. Spawn 2 villagers.
3. Place down 3 beds.
4. Drop a lot of stacks of wheat/beetroot/carrot/potato on the floor.
5. Make sure the villagers pick it up.
6. Wait.
