My friend ran away from a wither fight and logged out. When he logged back in he was at spawn, despite the fact that he had an unbroken bed, and all of his items were gone. He was a good distance away from the wither and had no death message or "You Died" screen. I saw an issue with this in 1.15, and it appears to have returned in 1.16 Bedrock Realms.
