The realm won't stop crashing every 6 min. 1.16 (not a selectable option)

      My friend and I have been trying to get on our realm and it crashes every 6 min. I've seen others report this and it just gets marked as resolved when nothing has changed. It is beginning to get on our nerves. Anything we do just gets reverted back.
