While playing on my realm I had a power outage and now I am getting a message saying that I am a child who is not allowed to play on realms because of privacy settings; I am 49 years old and there are no children living in my house.

The exact message is as follows;

"You cannot play on realms because of how your Microsoft Account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy and online safety settings on aka.ms/accountsettings".

I tried to follow the advice from that article and went to my settings but they do not show a child's account, and submitting these settings does nothing to fix the problem.
