Sorry purchased toy story mash up for both my son's on two different Amazon fire tablets, games load then crash throwing you out of the game back to all screen. Please help I paid twelve pound and have two sad boys. Sorry I don't understand what platform or if this is a realm I am a mum that doesn't understand this,so sorry.
