Skeleton traps are spawning around players when there is no lightning storms. This has happened twice. The 1st time player 1 was in a biome with no lightning storm. Lightning struck and skeleton trap spawned. The second time it happened a different player was underwater. The lighting went through the water and hit the ocean floor spawning a Skeleton trap.
