When i join a realm or create one i load into the game and can break blocks but this doesn't register on other players screens. Cannot collect said broken blocks and all mobs can kill me as if i'm standing on the original spawn point (even though i'm ages away). I can only explore a certain area outside the spawn location and then the chunks wont load at all and i can see xray mode at all the underground caves. the other players tell me i do not move from the spawn position when in fact i do. 

Its definitely not my internet and i've uninstalled the game twice now, even my own realm that i just got wont even work!

Also when i die and press respawn the game freezes completely and i have to quit minecraft.
