I am using the bedrock version through the microsoft store and I am playing on windows 10 my members are playing on xbox one.

For some reason I am unable to log onto my minecraft realm. Also the other members of my realm are unable to connect. Whenever I try to connecting it gets to where it is loading in resource packs and then it says that it is unable to load into the world. The realm has been inaccessible since 10 o'clock this morning when one of my members attempted to go onto the realm.
