Realm disconnects me

I get kicked out after 10 seconds in realms and i get internal exception java.io.ioexception an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. I dont know what to do and i tried open ports on my router but i dont have realms ip to do that. I tried find fixes from internet but i havent found any fix that worked.
