We bought the city texture pack and had in mind to use it on our realm, but after the city pack is applied and we go in the realm, we get a random texture (bdcraft textures, which neither of us even owns!) pack downloaded instead of the city pack. 

We tried just about everything to fix this so there must be a problem with the city pack or the marketplace. 

I really hope this gets fixed soon. We already cancelled our realm subscription but we would love to subscribe again and have the texture pack work with the realm.

Bdcraft texture pack now shows up in the realm settings, among the resource packs we own, and once again, neither of us have never bought or downloaded the pack on any devices. Every time we try to apply the city pack, bdcraft pack gets applied with it and bdcraft textures get applied on the realm. This also happens for all the others who play in our realm. When the city textures are applied,  they too get asked to download a file, which is the bdcraft texture pack.
