Unable to Replace World for Realm

      I have been trying to upload new world to my realm for almost a month now and it hasn't been working. It will initialize the upload. then the green bar fills up but never actually finishes.

      The issues has been around since 1.12.1 and was not fixed in the 1.13 update.
