So im the owner of the realm where me and my friends play

7 of my friends were playing together

We are all playing on console except for one which was not on at that time

Two of my friends tried using our nether portals and their games crashed

When they tried rejoining the realm they failed to connect, They tried to join for literally half an hour and were not lucky
